The Truth about the Howard Marks Family & Jeremy Marks.

The main contributors to this website and documents, "Jill" and "John", who demanded to always remain anonymous, because of fear for their lives. Howard Marks has proof-read the contents of this website for timeline and content. Jill was/is a "friend" of Jeremy Marks. After 2010, Jill became so alarmed by Jeremy Marks' sadistic and false accusations about Howard Marks to Howard's son, David Marks, that Jill forwarded a number of impeaching emails between "trusted uncle" Jeremy and his unwitting nephew, David, some hyper-linked in this website. Howard asked an impartial person to unemotionally "write" and publish this website.

Either David Marks (and his brother, Daniel) didn't know how malicious their uncle Jeremy was, and/or their early childhood morality fell victim to Jeremy's "hate Howard" - "Jeremy loves his nephews" sweet talk, perhaps under the influence of cannabis or hallucinogens. John is witness to Jeremy's mastery of being a suggestive narrator to someone under the influence of hallucinogenic drugs. A psychiatric counselor said that cannabis, heroin and/or cocaine, just like sodium pentothal, with a good narrator, may create new memories or seamlessly rewrite old memories.

Jeremy kept top secret from the Marks family, including parents, that he was a US criminal convicted felon, DCFS/Illinois court adjudicated child/wife abuser and DCFS adjudged abuser of its emergency hotline (to which he made numerous bogus calls). It seems Howard Marks' children never took seriously (or ignored) evidence showing Jeremy as abusive of hard drugs , both on himself and on others, especially to his natural children. It's clear that David Marks had possession of the linked Myspace message between Jeremy's children, Jennifer to Christopher since 2011. Assuming David was not, himself, an addict, sadly, David chose to believe Jeremy over Jennifer.

In the linked Myspace document, Jennifer explicitly describes her father, Jeremy, as drug permissive buyer, seller and dealer in (at least) cocaine who, when Jennifer was a subteen, used, abused and dealt in the buying/ selling/ smoking cocaine in her presence.

As Jeremy could not deny the existence of the Myspace message, Jeremy then proceeded to assassinate Jennifer's sanity and character to both Christopher, David and/or Daniel by explicitly painting Jennifer's memory as totally defective from cocaine given her by a "baby-sitter". Jeremy claims Jennifer's "memories" of him abusing her and abuse of drugs is totally false. Maybe just as false as his felony conviction??

This section contains "secret" (from Howard Marks) email exchanges between Jeremy Marks and David Marks, containing extremely derogatory, vile and false "secret" stories told to David and his brother, Daniel. Jeremy started his derogatory story-telling when David and Daniel in early teens, as Howard suggested, at very impressionable ages. Just as bad, neither David or Daniel Marks bothered to check with their father as to whether the extremely negative stories were true, with a "hate war" ensuing between sons' David and Daniel against Howard - based on provably false accusations by their "trusted" uncle Jeremy. David and Daniel were kept ignorant that their favorite uncle was a criminal court convicted felon, and Illinois court and agency convicted child abuser, wife abuser and liar.

Evidence suggests David's cannabis/smoking habits, perhaps, may have been initiated by "trusted uncle" Jeremy, or, in the minimum, condoned, as some revealed emails have drug related verbiage between Jeremy and David, showing they, together already had conversations and/or interactions related to drugs. Inasmuch as Jeremy has always fully denied to elder brother, Howard, that he ever abused drugs, never having had such familiar conversations with Jeremy, this might imply, relating to drugs, a "bond of trust" between uncle Jeremy and nephew, David.

This annotated message came from Christopher's account to Howard's email, either by Christopher or someone using Chris' account. As an unannotated message was also sent to Howard from Christopher's account, one can theorize that Jeremy hacked Christopher's account to send the messages.
